I picked Ken Beard because I wanted a company that would take care of everything and all I had to do was point to the tiles I preferred and I got that , I also got a company with a strong ethos on social value which is something that is important to me. You should use them because they do an exceptional job and just look at the pictures of my bathroom it’s gorgeous. Chat GPT described it as timeless and beautiful and scored it 10/10 for style. Mal and Sarah were amazing from the start with design and advice. Amazing!! Me and my partner had different ideas of what we wanted for our kitchen, the staff here made some suggestions that would work for both of us. Because of the amazing staff we have a kitchen that we both love. I might even learn to cook so I can use it!

Since my husband passed away I have been very nervous in making decisions and arranging the tradesmen , and as soon as I walked in the shop they couldn’t do enough.
The lady in the shop listened to me and gave me advice. They also recommend I done something different (which was a lot cheaper) as that was best for me! Not many company’s do that they just want your money!

We recently had our bathroom renovated, and I can honestly say the experience from start to finish was so seamless.
They were patient, respectful, and really took the time to listen to what we needed.

The workmanship itself is fantastic—everything feels solid,, and carefully finished. But what stood out most was how considerate the whole process was. The team kept disruption to a minimum, communicated clearly, and were always mindful that this is our home, not just a job site.

We’re genuinely grateful—not just for the quality of the work, but for how they approached the whole experience. It felt personal, and that made all the difference.

We have the smallest kitchen ever but thanks to this small local business, our little space is now a practical space. Added little touches with tiles to add a pop of colour keeping it sleek and contemporary. The team are great and really have an eye for everything they do! 100% recommend!

Amazing company I was a bit apprehensive when choosing the right company as you hear so many negative stories, but I can’t fault this company from the beginning they knew what would work for my family and stayed within my budget . The staff were all so friendly and I would highly recommend anyone to make use of their ideas and skills . Any issues although mine were small ( as in indecisive about right tiles !) they were very knowledgeable. 10/10 from me

Excellent from start to finish, had a new shower installed and luckily for us they were able to fit in before Christmas, great communication from Mal & Sarah and the installation from Nathan & I think his name was Tom, great lads friendly and very polite, arrived on time each day and very very clean and tidy at the end of each day, great walk in shower it met more than our expectations.
